This van is for my good friend Jonny who decided to take the plunge and go for a small van with plenty of potential. Jonny tends to favour a bivvy or tent for those weekends away, but still wanted the option to duck away to the van for those chillier nights. He knew he might be parking up for several days without driving (& therefore charging the leisure battery) and wanted the ability to charge all his gadgets. So with all that in mind, we went for the following spec: Sound deadening for reduced noise whilst driving, Insulation for those chilly nights using the bed, soft carpeting of the walls, very hard wearing and easy to clean flooring, pull out bed, Storage cabinet for bits with usable worktop, touch on/off spot lights, reading light, huge battery with inverter, loads of electrical accessories, roof fan and new sliding door window.
