1st fix: Anything during the construction and before plastering. Stud walls, floor joists, ceilings, roof struts, door frames etc.

2nd fix: Finishing touches, generally after plastering. Door hanging, skirting, architrave, flooring etc.
This isn't an area I dive into when given the opportunity, but I guess its always good to keep the skills up!
